WECEC has been the biggest blessing to our family. My twins started attending when they were three, and had a normal amount of separation anxiety at the start. Teachers always jumped in and comforted them and distracted them by snuggling up with a book or a snack as if they were their own kids. From the parent perspective, I received plenty of hugs and reassurance as well! I've grown to love the teachers here, because of the way they love my family so well. I've never had a safety or security concern here, even through COVID protocols and later through a summer full of field trips all over town. I've always felt informed and included. The twins have just started kindergarten and I have continually found myself so thankful for WECEC for preparing them as well as they did. They're so far ahead as far as writing, letters, numbers, etc. The confidence in their experience and knowledge has allowed this transition to be comfortable and exciting, instead of scary and full of anxiety. My youngest has just started attending, and I'm so relieved not to be saying goodbye to WECEC now that the twins are in school. I'm thankful that the same familiar faces are there for my youngest, ready with a hug or a tickle as soon as we walk in. It gives my mama heart peace to have NO DOUBT that she is not only being educated well and her needs are taken care of, but that the teachers truly enjoy these kids and go the extra mile, because they're just so good at what they do. I have zero regrets about choosing West Emory, I can't imagine having this great of an experience anywhere else, and I'm excited for the next few years watching my youngest grow up through their classes. When she graduates and we leave West Emory, it will be like moving away from part of our family. — Erica S.

The West Emory Child Enrichment Center provided our family a rich, welcoming, safe, and educationally appropriate experience for both our kids. Their staff are lovely, warm, and supportive with any and all of our family goals and strategies, and made sure our kids felt cared for each and every day. The small setting ensured our kids were known, looked after, and engaged with at every developmental stage, and celebrated for each milestone.
